Toledo, OH – Injury Accident on I-75 NB near Phillips Ave

Toledo, OH (December 6, 2025) – Emergency responders were called to an injury crash on Interstate 75 northbound near Phillips Avenue on Thursday, December 4.

The accident was reported around 8:31 p.m. Officials have not disclosed how many vehicles were involved or the cause of the collision. At least one person suffered injuries and was treated by emergency crews at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital. Their condition has not been released.
