Troy, MI – Accident with Injuries on Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Highway near Big Beaver Rd

Troy, MI (March 4, 2023) – At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries following a crash that took place on Friday evening in Troy.

At approximately 9:45 p.m. on March 3, the Michigan state police and local firefighters were called to the scene of a car crash that took place on Interstate 75, Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Highway.

According to officials, a collision blocked the two right lanes of northbound Interstate 75 during the evening hours. The incident prompted officials to secure the scene in the area near Big Beaver Road as they worked to remove the damaged vehicles from the lanes of travel.

At least one person was injured in the collision and transported to a local hospital for emergency medical services.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
