Turtle Creek Township, OH – Woman Killed in Eight-Vehicle Truck Crash on I-75

Turtle Creek Township, OH (December 21, 2022) – A truck crash took place in Warren County on Tuesday evening that claimed the life of one woman while leaving multiple other victims injured. At around 4:48 p.m. on December 20, the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 75.

According to authorities, a semi-truck and a total of seven other vehicles were involved in a collision on Interstate 75 near mile marker 32 in turtle Creek Township. The incident blocked all of the northbound lanes of travel.

One woman, a 58-year-old female from Middletown, was fatally injured. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Seven other victims were hospitalized with injuries. Authorities confirmed that the semi-truck driver, who is from out of state, suffered life-threatening injuries.

The Lebanon post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating the accident.
