Wayne Co, MI (February 26, 2025) – A two-car injury crash occurred on Tuesday afternoon in Wayne County, leading to significant lane blockages on NB I-75. The incident, reported by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, happened at approximately 3:30 p.m. at the Holbrook exit, impacting traffic in the left shoulder and left lane.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, a sedan collided with an SUV when the driver of the sedan lost control, causing the SUV to crash into the guardrail. Both drivers sustained injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals with non-life-threatening conditions. The crash caused traffic delays, with both the left shoulder and the left lane of NB I-75 closed for over an hour while emergency crews cleared the scene. Authorities have not filed charges, as it appears the crash was caused by driver error.
