Wayne, MI – Car Crash on Walter P Chrysler Freeway at 7 Mile Rd Ends in Injuries

Wayne, MI (February 28, 2023) – At 5:50 p.m. on February 26, the state police out of Michigan were notified that an automobile accident occurred in Wayne and ended in injuries.

According to officials, a collision between vehicles blocked the two left lanes of the northbound side of the Walter P Chrysler Freeway. The incident prompted officials to close off a portion of the roadway near exit 58 at 7 Mile Road.

Authorities worked to remove the damaged vehicles and debris from the roadway.

Paramedics were requested to provide care to the victims who were harmed as a result of this accident. At least one of the involved parties was transported to a local hospital.

The Michigan State Police are investigating the crash.
