Wayne, MI – Injuries Reported in I-75 Crash near Clark St

Wayne, MI (March 9, 2023) – Authorities were requested to provide assistance at the scene of a car crash that took place in Wayne and ended in injuries on Tuesday evening, March 7.

At approximately 4:50 p.m., vehicles collided on the southbound side of Interstate 75. The incident prompted officials to close off the roadway in the area of Clark Street.

The Michigan Department of Transportation reported that the incident caused stop-and-go traffic that extended back to Interstate 94 as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.

Emergency medical services responded to the scene to render aid to victims before transporting them to area hospitals.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
