Cincinnati, OH – Driver Reports Chest Pain After Two-Car Crash on I-75 NB

Cincinnati, OH (October 10, 2025) – Emergency crews responded Wednesday evening, October 8, to a two-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 75 near the 2.1 mile marker in Cincinnati.

According to early reports, one driver involved in the collision experienced chest pain following the impact. Paramedics arrived quickly to assess the individual and transported them to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. The extent of their injuries has not yet been confirmed.
