Toledo, OH – Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on I-75 North Near 280/287

Toledo, OH (October 10, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident involving a semi-truck and a sedan caused injuries and major lane blockages on Tuesday afternoon, October 7, on Interstate 75 northbound near the 280/287 interchange.

Emergency crews, including fire units and road maintenance teams, responded to the scene shortly after the crash was reported around 4:12 p.m. Paramedics provided medical assistance to the injured before transporting at least one individual to a nearby hospital. The extent of the injuries sustained has not yet been confirmed.

Two northbound lanes were initially blocked by the crash, causing significant traffic delays in the area. Crews later moved the involved vehicles to the shoulder to reopen all lanes and restore normal traffic flow.
