Gainesville, FL – Two-Vehicle Rollover Crash on I-75 at MM 391 Leaves Injuries

Gainesville, FL (October 6, 2025) – A two-vehicle rollover crash disrupted traffic on I-75 in Alachua County on Monday morning, October 6. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the crash occurred near Mile Marker 391 North, just north of the Northwest 39th Avenue exit. Video footage from nearby traffic cameras showed one vehicle overturned in the median, blocking the inside lane of the northbound interstate.

Emergency responders arrived promptly, assessing those involved for injuries. Officials confirmed that non-life-threatening injuries were reported, and no fatalities occurred. Paramedics provided on-site medical evaluation before clearing the scene. The involved vehicles were later removed, and all lanes were reopened to normal traffic flow.
