Lexington, KY – Injury Collision on I-75 SB at MM 110.4 (Eastland Pkwy)

Lexington, KY (October 10, 2025) – A traffic collision with injuries was reported Tuesday afternoon, October 7, on Interstate 75 southbound near mile marker 110.4 at the Eastland Parkway area.

Emergency responders were dispatched following the crash at around 3:30 p.m. According to on-scene reports, one or more individuals sustained injuries and received medical attention before being transported to a hospital. The number of vehicles involved and the severity of the injuries have not yet been confirmed.

The Kentucky State Police and Lexington local law enforcement are investigating the cause of the crash, looking into potential factors such as speed, driver distraction, and lane-change errors.
