Lexington, KY – Injury Crash on I-75 SB near MM110
Lexington, KY (January 28, 2026) – At least one person was injured Monday afternoon, January 26, in a crash on southbound Interstate 75 near mile marker 110 close to Winchester Rd.
Emergency crews responded just before 4:45 p.m. after reports of a collision with injuries near the Hume Rd area and the I-75 southbound lanes. Fire and rescue personnel worked at the scene to care for anyone hurt and secure the highway.
