Loudon Co., TN – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 SB/MM 84 Leaves Injuries

Loudon County, TN (January 25, 2026) – A multi-vehicle crash resulting in injuries was reported on January 24, on I-75 southbound near mile marker 84.2 in Loudon County. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 2:26 p.m. and involved multiple passenger vehicles traveling through the southbound lanes.

Preliminary information indicates that traffic slowed suddenly in the area, leading to a chain-reaction crash involving several vehicles. At least one individual sustained injuries during the impact. Responding troopers assessed victims at the scene, and one or more injured occupants were transported to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation and treatment.
